How do we process your data? (Information obligation)
1) Data scope: We process the following categories of your data: identification data (name and surname), contact details (e-mail address);

Bronikowskiego 3/1 in Warsaw (02-796), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000563149, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 951 23 94 337, REGON (Statistical Identification Number) 361781957, (Bireta);

4) Purposes and basis for processing: Due to the intention to establish cooperation in the scope of performance of translation services by Bireta, your personal data are processed for the following purposes:
undertaking actions to establish cooperation in the scope of performance of translation services by Bireta (legal basis provided for in Article 6 paragraph 1 point b of the GDPR);
internal administrative purposes of Bireta, including statistics and internal reporting, in order to fulfill our legitimate interest (legal basis provided for in Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR);
archiving (evidencing) purposes in order to fulfill our legitimate interest to safeguard information in the event of a legal need to prove the facts (legal basis provided for in Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR);
establishing, exercising and/or defending against any possible claims in order to fulfill our legitimate interest (legal basis provided for in Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR);
considering complaints, if lodged, against the quality of services provided by Bireta and the manner of service rendered by the employees of Bireta (legal basis provided for in Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR);
Your personal data will be processed for the following marketing purposes:
for Bireta to offer you its products and services (direct marketing) (legal basis provided for in Article 6 paragraph 1 point a of the GDPR);
in order to offer you products and services based on your interest in the offer (legal basis provided for in Article 6 paragraph 1 point b of the GDPR);
to select the offers for products and services taking into account your needs, that is to profile, in order to fulfill our legitimate interest (legal basis provided for in Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR);
analytical purposes - to better select the services for the needs of our customers, generally optimize our products, optimize service processes and build knowledge of our customers in order to fulfill our legitimate interest (legal basis provided for in Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR);
archiving (evidencing) purposes in order to fulfill our legitimate interest to safeguard information in the event of a legal need to prove the facts (Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR);
5) Recipients of the data: the recipients of your personal data will be: cooperating companies providing IT services;
6) Storage period: We may process the data provided on the basis of your consent until you withdrawn your consent or until we ascertain that they have become outdated. Data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller may be processed until the legitimate interests of Bireta, constituting the basis for such processing, are fulfilled or until you object to such processing. We can process the data processed in the remaining scope for a period not longer than until the limitation of claims;
7) Letter of Rights: You have the right to access the contents of your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict the processing, the right to transfer your data, the right to object to the processing, the right to object to the profiling, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without providing any reason, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
8) Right to lodge a complaint: you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you deem that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR;
9) Right to object: you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data based on a legitimate interest as described above. We shall no longer process your data for these purposes, unless we can demonstrate that we have valid legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms with regard to the data in question or that the data are necessary for us to establish, exercise or defend against a possible claim;
10) Your personal data shall not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling related to automated decision-making;
11) Withdrawal of consent: At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent by contacting Bireta in writing via the address of the registered office: Bireta – Professional Translations A. Kempińska J. Woźniakowska Sp. J., ul. Bronikowskiego 3/1, 02-796 Warszawa, without providing any reason, as well as without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. If you exercise this right, we shall stop processing your data for the purpose covered by the previously granted consent;
12) The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for performance of actions to establish cooperation in the scope of ordering the performance of translation services by Bireta. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to undertake actions to establish cooperation in the scope of ordering the performance of translation services by Bireta.
