      How do we process your data? (Information obligation)

      1) Data scope: We process the following categories of your data: identification data (name, surname, job title, place of work - business name of the economic entity), contact details (phone number, e-mail address) and correspondence data (address of the economic entity’s registered office);

      2) Controller: The Controller of your personal data is Bireta – Profesjonalne Tłumaczenia Kempińska & Woźniakowska Sp.J. with its registered office at ul. Bronikowskiego 3/2 in Warsaw (02-796) entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division, under KRS No. 0000687821, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 521 32 15 023, REGON (Statistical Identification Number) 015241278 or Bireta Professional Translations A. Kempińska J. Woźniakowska Sp. J. with its registered office at ul. Bronikowskiego 3/1 in Warsaw (02-796), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division, under KRS No. 0000563149, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 951 23 94 337, REGON (Statistical Identification Number) 361781957 - depending on which entity is contacted. (Bireta);

      3) Contact with Bireta Data Protection Officer: You can contact Bireta Data Protection Officer by sending an e-mail to: iod@bireta.pl;

      4) Purposes and basis for processing: Due to the intention to establish cooperation in the scope of performance of translation services by Bireta or purchasing other services or products from Bireta, your personal data are processed for the following purposes:

      1. exchange of correspondence concerning business relations between you and Bireta, including replying to your inquiries regarding the translation services provided by Bireta (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR);
      2. internal administrative purposes of Bireta, including statistics and internal reporting, in order to fulfill our legitimate interest (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR);
      3. archiving (evidencing) purposes in order to fulfill our legitimate interest to safeguard information in the event of a legal need to prove the facts (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR);
      4. establishing, exercising and/or defending against any possible claims in order to fulfill our legitimate interest (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR);
      5. considering complaints, if lodged, against the quality of services provided by Bireta and the manner of service rendered by the employees of Bireta (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 point b of the GDPR).

      5) Recipients of the data: the recipients of your personal data will be: cooperating companies providing IT services;

      6) Storage period: Data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller may be processed until the legitimate interests of Bireta, constituting the basis for such processing, are fulfilled or until you object to such processing;

      7) Letter of Rights: You have the right to access the contents of your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict the processing, the right to transfer your data, the right to object to the processing, the right to object to the profiling, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without providing any reason, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;

      8) Right to lodge a complaint: you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you deem that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR;

      9) Right to object: you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data based on a legitimate interest as described above. We shall no longer process your data for these purposes, unless we can demonstrate that we have valid legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms with regard to the data in question or that the data are necessary for us to establish, exercise or defend against a possible claim;

      10) Your personal data shall not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling related to automated decision-making;

      11) The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for the exchange of correspondence regarding business relations between you and Bireta, including replying to your inquiries regarding the translation services provided by Bireta. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to exchange correspondence, including replying to your inquiries.
