We specialize in translating large projects starting with from the offer stage, negotiations, commercial and technical contracts, documentation, instruction manuals and training.

WRITTEN TRANSLATIONS

How to order a translation?

You can select the most convenient way to deliver your text for translation: e-mail, floppy disk, by courier, fax or in person. Finished translations are delivered to you as agreed, usually to a designated e-mail address. Should you also require printed documents (necessary in case of sworn translations), we will cover the costs of delivery (in the case of translations exceeding 10 pages). The rates for written translations can be found in our price list.

Graphics, tables, illustrations

We don't charge extra for text formatting in popular word processors.
We also translate drawings created in Auto Cad, PhotoShop, Acrobat and PowerPoint slides. The rates for translating such documents are the same as for "standard" documents.

Document Archive

All translated documents are stored in our archive for at least one-year. During this period, you will have no problem in obtaining an additional copy of the document at no additional charge.

Sworn translations

We work with experienced sworn translators who translate as well as certify professional documentation already translated by our translators. A standard page of sworn translation amounts to 1125 characters. The rates of sworn translation can be found in the price list.

Copy Editing

If the translated text is intended for publishing, it must be prepared with additional diligence. We perform copy editing of translated texts upon the Client's request. The Client should notify that the text will be published upon placing the order. We cooperate with experienced proofreaders and copy editors for both Polish language and foreign languages texts.  

INTERPRETATIONS

INTERPRETATIONS, both consecutive and simultaneous interpretations are provided by a team of professionals with many years of experience in this area. Detailed rates for interpretation services are contained in our price list.
To meet expectations of Clients requiring comprehensive services, upon request we can also provide equipment for simultaneous translation and sound system for conference halls.  

Confidentiality

All materials and information supplied to our agency will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. In order to ensure the security of such information we require all our translators and interpreters to sign a confidentiality agreement. All the documents stored on our hard drives are protected by passwords, which are regularly changed. The building housing our offices has 24-hour security.
